Isola - Isomould (20Ltr)

ISOMOULD is a special blend of mineral oils and chemical additives and designed for use for quick easy stripping of

concrete formwork. It is non-staining and contains rust inhibitor to protect metal form from corrosion and preservative to increase the life of wood forms. ISOMOULD promotes a water repellent interface between concrete and formwork resulting in a smooth, flat, unstained surface. Its air release property minimizes formation of air voids and blemishes.

ADVANTAGES

 Minimize voids, blemishes and defects on concrete surface.  Quick, easy and clean release of concrete from formworks.  Non-staining; will not transfer from forms.  With built-in rust inhibitor and wood preservative extending life of forms.

DIRECTION FOR USE

Hardened concrete adhering to old forms should be removed, ISOMOULD is directly applied to the formworks by brushor spray. On new wood forms, apply two coats of ISOMOULD allowing first coat to saturate the wood completely.

Depending on method of application and composition of forms, ISOMOULD will cover from 20 to 60 square meters per

liter. Avoid excessive application and puddling.

PACKING

ISOMOULD is packed in 20-liter pail and 200- liter drum.

CAUTION

ISOMOULD contains solvents. Keep away containers from naked flames.

SHELF LIFE

Twelve months minimum in original stored in warehouse condition below 320 Celsius ambient temperatures.

HEALTH / SAFETY

Always wear eye protection and rubber hand gloves when handling. Accidental splashes to the eyes should be flushed with plenty of water. If irritation persist, consult a physician. Accidental splashes to the skin should be washed with water and soap. For more information, refer to MSDS.
