ISOPOX GR 95 is a very rapid strength gain, thixotropic, epoxy-based grout. It is a 100% solids, three-component systemcarefully formulated to provide longer workability time but very high strength gain. It provides superior bond strength toconcrete and steel and has excellent chemical, creep and impact resistance. ADVANTAGES Provides 60-100 minutes gel time allowing sufficient placement time especially for small holes. Very rapid strength gain. Achieves 50 N/sq.mm compressive strength in 6 hours and ultimate strength of 95 N/sq.mm in24 hours. Quick turnaround time. Excellent resistance to chemicals, vibrations and impact. Non-shrink, prepacked ready to mix at site. Superior bond to dry, damp concrete and smooth bolt or dowel. Waterproof. Effectively prevents steel bolts from corrosion. Thixotropic. Minimizes flow of grout out of the hole. ISOPOX GR 95 is especially formulated for anchoring or embedding bolts, dowels or steel bars on overhead or horizontal holes in concrete, masonry or brickworks. When grouting on vertical holes, use ISOPOX GROUT (Standard or LE).
